So... I did this routine and man am I sore today. I can tell that taking that couple weeks off for the holidays made a difference and I really need to get myself back on track.0

Late in posting, but...
I was so winded after the first set of lunges! However, to commit to the challenge of at least 10 extra minutes, I actually took the cellophane off a DVD I had bought months ago and completed one of the 15-minute workouts: Ageless with Kathy Smith Staying Strong; I completed the glutes workout, which had some similar exercises to those listed in the challenge. Plus, I think I do better with someone talking me through them.

Im late but I was able to do the following:
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Lunges (each leg)
20 Tummy Tucks
20 Bicycle Crunches
Yay me...0
