Day one of the Advanced Schedule that's in a thread on the group board.
Cardio Party 3 done and done!! I forgot to turn on my heart rate monitor until i was already almost 10 minutes in lol so per 47 minutes i burned 541 calories0 -

Yesterday, I did Cardio Party, again.
I've decided to start over with Week 1 (beginners) rather than go to Week 3's schedule. Ever since I completed Week 2... I just was kinda doing a workout whenever. Mainly due to low energy & being sore some days.
So, will take a Rest Day today and start over with Week 1 tomorrow.

Well, maybe someone will eventually join me on here posting more often.
According to Beginner Schedule, I finished my first week... supposed to have 3 rest days, now. So, this is day 2 of resting. I will start Week 2 a little early by doing it tomorrow. It works out better with my life. So, I'll be trying to get in TJ tomorrow thru Thursday and then have 2 rest days on Friday and Saturday.
How are y'all doing? I will continue posting here as often as possible as I am trying to be consistent with both my workouts and my dieting. That has been my problem: inconsistency! So, even if I am the only one posting, my goal is to continue. But it is more fun to read about how others are doing, too.

couldn't manage to get a work out in. Ran out of time. Can't do before work & so wanted to do it this evening, but couldn't manage it. Was willing... really, really wanted to, in fact. Oh well... I must learn to plan better.0

Monday:20 minute workout
Tuesday: Ab Jam
Wednesday: Cardio Party
Thursday: Lower body Jamn
I do at least 30 minutes in the morning and I walk 2 miles in the afternoons. I am loving it!0 -

I did 20 Minute Work Out, again, yesterday. (Week 1, Day 2). Oh yeah, I wasn't going to do Learn & Burn as i did it twice last week. But, I'm feeling so tired, today. Hmmm. Either I will do 20 Minute Work Out, again, or Learn & Burn.

Finally got a TJ workout in!!! It has been way too long! 20 Minute Work Out. I was literally falling asleep sitting up when I decided to make myself do it. And, ya know... I feel so much better, now!
