    I got 30 min of cardio in plus strength training this morning & so far I'm at 90oz of water (8cups + 2 cups tea)

    40 mins of high impact zumba done and way over on the water too. Water is easy I easily drink 10 glasses a day every day. Cardio is pretty much taken care of too in my normal routine.

    This challenge I should be able to do.

    Today I did 65 minutes of cardio and aerobics. So far drank half the amount of water should get the rest in by tonight.

    I can do THIS challenge!! Iv done loads of cardio today, so doing more wont be an issue :) water will be fine too... Maybe!

    30 min wii stepping, 50 min leisurely walk, 50 min dog walking,50 min high energy Zumba

    Got both in for the day! :glasses:

    38 min cardio ~ walked during lunch. plan on getting more in during The Biggest Loser ~ I'll do the elliptical.

    Water done & I'm sure will be more by the time the night is over.

    Completed about 35 mins of cardio this morning and this afternoon I might do 45 mins spin class. Had 1 litre of water already for the day and I'm on my second litre at the moment

    Monday and Tuesday DONE!!
    The water has been super easy, I always forget how much I love water. As for the cardio, I have to push myself for those minutes, but I am getting it done.

    With the water thing...the 64 ounces a day is actually a myth. It is 64 ounces total consumption a day, which includes the water in the foods you eat. As long as you are peeing clear or light yellow you are getting enough. Your body will tell you if you need to drink more water.

    But totally in with the cardio.

    Totally completed the challenge for today:

    Water: 84 ounces

    Workout: 105 minutes of cardio(walking and circuit training)

    We CAN do this!

    Haha, i'm backwards! I can do no sugar and all the water -- I hate cardio.

    same here :)

    Me three! I got the water and sugar...cardio...I'll get walking in tomorrow and I'll make it brisk walking

    I'll do this. Both will be tough though because I'm really not a water drinker and I'm pretty much making myself drink more daily. I also have trouble with the exercise but I'm gonna beat this challenge!

    aww, i try to do cardio everyday, but my muscles are hurting like CRAZY after rugby training on sunday... And have a big game coming up on Friday and Sunday. So I guess im letting my muscles rest.

    But so far this week I am drinking more that 8 cups of water! :)
