    Mon Jan 7 - 25 min run
    Wed Jan 9 - 30 brisk walk
    Thurs Jan 10 - 25 min run
    Fri Jan 11 - 25 min run
    Sat Jan 12 - 30 min run and 3 hour Zumba Fundraising Marathon

    Have actually been great with my water all week, we will see how well I do today!
  • I've been thinking of this post all week and drinking more water than I used to, but it's good. I've also been exercizing. The first few days was walking a couple miles and yesterday and today I tried a beginners zumba dvd. love it! That along with the no sugar, and I hope to see great results.

    1/9/13 - 30 mins elliptical
    1/10/13 - 30 mins elliptical
    1/11/13 - 30 mins elliptical
    1/12/13 - rest day

    Water achieved on 6 of 7 days. I was 1 glass short during 1 day this week, but over all this challenge was great.

    Met the water challenge all week but missed cardio on Wednesday!

    I wasn't able to do this. Even though I logged 6 glasses of water, later I would drink more. I just didn't log an extra glass. No exercise at this time. Will do next week challenge.
