I was having some discomfort in my left leg while running and after covertly watching real runners on the treadmills I've really taken notice of their technique and I've changed mind and I now no longer have any discomfort!

As I've got this new technique I'm going to do week 2 again this week before moving onto week 3. I've noticed that I'm struggling slightly less to jog 90 seconds throughout this week so I plan to move up to week 3 next week

Hope you are still going strong

I've decided the reason I'm struggling with the 3min jog is because it's uphill, downhill or flat I can do it no problem, but I live in hills so it will only get worse with longer jogs! However this is my last week on level 3 before I push it to level 4.

I did w3d1 on Sunday. I thought I will try, if I couldn't run for 3 mins, I would go for as long as I could then walk. But I did it.... :)
Now it's -6C (20F) outside and it's going to snow so I can't go out. On Thursday it's going up to 2C (35F) so I can try w3 again

Moved up to week 4 and the 5 min run is killing me, onceagain downhill/flat no issue but even a little slope makes me struggle. Still, will keep at it till i can do it!

I am on week 6. I did day 1 and 2. Planning on doing day 3 tomorrow (depending on weather) - 25 mins run - it's scary. I did 20 mins last week, but very slow - 4.9 mph

I did it @ 5.3 mph (still slow, but a little better). It was actually 22 mins. Week 7 is 25 mins

I completely slacked last week and didn't run at all. Jumped back into it this week but again on week 2.

Week 3 starting next week - I'm finding it easier now I have mastered the art of running  bring on the time increments

I have to admit i stopped using the timer on c25k because I cant do the 5min run uphill. instead i run on the flat and down hill and walk the uphill. a lot of shorter bursts of running with shorter recovery times.

Started week 3 on Sunday. I was very impressed that I ran for a full 3 minutes - never thought I had that in me AND TWICE!!

I've got a late night tonight so if I don't manage to get to the gym I will go in the morning!

5 minutes! urgh God help me!
