I have a lot of reading to do...:) I'm a complete noob to lifting. Should I be paying more attention to particular vids over others?
Not really, everything I've seen in here is pretty good. A lot of this stuff is personal preference. Plus, certain techniques or cues seem to resonate differently with different people. Eventually you sorta assimilate all the information and pick what works best for you.0 -

Personally, I would use Rippetoe's ones as a starting point. Some of the others go into a bit too much detail for a person new to lifting. For example, the Dave Tate's "So You Think You Can...." ones go into a bit too much detail - they are great, but probably best for someone with a bit more experience.
