Oh, I forgot about my squats for today. I'm thinking should I get out of bed and do them now? Ummmm,, I over did it at the gym today I'll be sure to get them in tomorrow.. Sorry guys..

I got my 50+ squats in today. I did 30 at home and then played 40 minutes of racquetball, which every time I had to pick up the ball I did a squat. I am a terrible player... so that was a lot of squats!!:laugh:0

I am slow to mend...will start my squats tomorrow...until now, I felt like I have been just surviving this nasty cold...my appetite is returning...but am not sure that is good!!!0
