    No loss but, honestly, happy there was no gain either. Shooting for 1.5 pounds for the next two weeks to make up for it. Time to hit the gym double time.

    Amazing how the pounds just pack on but so much harder to lose! I lost this week but I'm still 5 pounds more then when we started at the beginning of the month.

    Unfortunately, I gained two pounds this week. With the long weekend, my husband being sick and family coming in unexpectedly, it wasn't a good end to a hard week. Oh well, today is the start of a new week and am back on track. We can do this.

    SW: 273.8
    8 Jan: 270.8 (-3)
    15 Jan: 269.0 (-1.8)
    22 Jan: 271.0 (+2)

    I'm a little shocked actually. I don't think I exercised at all (I'm having bad ankle issues) and I had some really bad food days. But it looks like it balanced out in the end!

    I was 84.5 lb this week. Today it is my father's birthday, so I am rushing to mark my weight before things will change :)

    I will post actual numbers this week. This is a huge step for me because I am terribly uncomfortable and ashamed of what those number are. I am actively working to change those numbers, though, so I need to release the power they hold over me.

    Hi all. I'm new to the group. My weight last week when I started MFP was 163. Today I am 161.2. My name is Sue, I'm from the Oregon coast and I am 62 years young. I have a goal to lose at least 25 pounds, but my ultimate goal would be 35 pounds. I would like to accomplish this by my birthday in July.

    hmmmm... not too happy about it, but I was out 4 days with a really bad cold (and I tend to eat A LOT when I am sick).

    Going to restart my running today, so I am hopeful for next week.
