    Apparently, they should go out 3 months before the wedding so that you have plenty of time to get the reply card back. I think it really depends on how many people you are inviting and how much notice your venue needs for catering.

    Thanks for replying! We are having a tiny wedding with only family/close friends and web-only RSVP's. Hopefully everyone has their Save the Date card in an important spot and will remember to put the wedding on the calendar!
