Im afraid to weigh myself because Im scared how much I will weigh, I just got a membership at Goodlife and I keep not going because Im scared of that scale. We dont have one at home. I will go Friday though because I'm going with friends but today I measured myself :
Starting measurements(and current) :
Bust: 38 inches
Waist: 32 inches
Hips: 41 inches
Goal (my wedding dress that I bought last summer)
Bust: 34
Waist: 25
Hips: 36
So I am currently a size 13 and need to fit into a size 4 wedding dress by August 24th this summer!0 -

I had a stressful week. Too tired to exercise well (although didn't give it up entirely), and ate too much junk. At least I didn't gain a bunch so I'm trying to keep up the motivation!0 -

So going in the wrong direction. I have been under tremendous stress the last couple of weeks so I've done some stress eating. Getting out of that habit Right Now.
