I didnt lose any weight last week, but I'm happy that I put on absolutely nothing either, considering I only exercised for 2 days, and I went and got (very) drunk last Sunday for a leaving party!
Lets hope for atleast a 2lbs weight loss this week!

Well, overall I'm up 0.2 lbs since last week BUT my fat mass is down 0.6 lbs and my lean muscle is up 0.8 AND I accomplish a goal this week of WOGging 13.65 miles in one fell swoop (it took me 3 hours and 9 minutes but I did it!). I'm calling this week a WIN!
