Bad week for me, and a good week. I discovered that I need to ask for help. I can't do this alone. I need to plan better. I need to stick to the plan. I will most likely have a weight gain at tomorrow's weigh-in, but I will also have a gain in insight and determination. Baby steps!0

I won't be weighing in this week. I have had strep throat for the past 4 days before finally going in to diagnose and treat it today. I haven't been eating anything besides popsicles and tea. I am sure that whatever I lost will be gained back next week once I start eating normally again.0

UGH... Gained .6 lbs (POINT six pounds NOT six lbs LOL) this week. Weird. And it was my best workout week EVER! Lol. Oh wee, we have good weeks and bad weigh in weeks.0

I can't believe it!! TOM for the second time this month -it's only been two freaking weeks. I'm not recording scale weight for a few more days with all the water weight etc that TOM brings with him!!:grumble: :sad:0

I was 164.2 at the end of week 1, too. Week 2 I went back up to 169. Now I'm back down to 164. My body needs to make up its mind already :P0 -
Ah, I gained this week. (2.5) Not happy with it but know it's my own fault. Made some bad food choices this past weekend and didn't get any activity in. All set for a new week!0

Slow moving and lots of ups and downs lately. January was crazy at work - lots of late nights and early mornings, which meant skipped work outs and food on the go. Now that the big event is over, I can hit it hard in February. I'm going to start the 30 day shred and going for a strong 5 to 8 pound loss in February!0 -

im back to where i was 3 weeks ago
which has been my normal for months now. i go up and down between 190-193. back at 193
this week. i try so hard NOT to get discourged because i know that will only lead me to gaining the
40+ i did lose and manage to keep off but im not done!!
thought by joining this challenge that would help and by joining MFP that would help but i cannot
get past losing anymore than 46lbs......

I gained 2.4lbs. I am so frustrated as I can't get past losing 35 pounds. I always gain then have to lose it all over. This is the third time I've had to lose these couple pounds!! Time to reevaluate my journey!!!0

I was camping again this weekend and there was some higher salt foods involved. It's really to bad because all that will work its way out of my system within a couple days. I have an aweful stomach ache today because of breakfast yesterday. I was out of protein heavy foods at that point. Grr! Oh well, no more camping for another 4 weekends.0 -

Up this week, I ate 375 over my 1lb loss goal though so not totally shocked, but a bit sad. Earlier in the week I was down .8lbs so we will see, hopefully a big loss next week.0

I lost 11 lbs. since the challenge started. Sorry I did not weigh in the last two weeks so I don't know how much weight I lost each week. I am looking forward to being in the 160's by the end of February.
