    The scale says I'm up 3lbs from last week, which I think is unlikely. But I was sick all week, didn't work out, and didn't make the best choices. However, I probably ate at maintenance, and I'm going to chalk this week up to sodium.

    Back at it today!

    I am just starting now on January 29th, 2013!
    But I would love to have this kind of motivation for my weight loss, so here it goes,

    My weight at the moment is 156 and I am 5'7.5

    I would to lose 10 pounds for March 20th!!

    Even with my second visit from TOM this month I managed to break the 140 lbs. barrier at 139.1 lbs. !!!:drinker:

    About 7lb all together which isn't bad (hopeing for more)

    As of today I am down 50.2lb since March 2012.... YAY me :)

    I'm so proud of everyone here! Even those who have gained understand what it was (salty foods on camping trip, etc.) and have a great attitude!

    I think for me the hardest thing last week was depression. I was in too bad of a funk to exercise even though I know it would make me feel better, and I didn't have any food in the house that was healthy. Then I got to buy some salad, which I was craving, and one of my kids helped unpack the groceries and put it in the freezer!

    Ah well.

    I gained a pound this past week. Not as bad as I thought it was going to be, but still a plus number. Kicking it into overdrive this week!
