One thing I learned while on vacation was that I still have major issues with binging. Something comes over me and I just cannot stop. I ate so much last Fri, though, that I got sick the next day and didn't eat much that day. The rest of my vacation was just one big binge fest ugh

I'm not quite sure if this question is meant as a joke (which the smiley face leads me to believe), or if it is serious. No matter the case, binging is a serious problem that we all are trying to overcome. There are many different reasons/factors that cause people to binge, so if you are truly interested, do some research. If not, please don't leave any more snide comments on this forum.

Happy Friday Everyone!!
Well I really fought urges to binge yesterday. Stressing with issues at work. Probably self induced but still stressful for me. I over ate yesterday but did not binge. When I purchased a food item I did not need and had just ate lunch I started self talk to not let this stress start a potential binge.
