I took a rest day yesterday so I'm happy to be here today and find that we are on page 2 already. WOW We are walking strong for sure!!!

My goal for February is 50 miles, starting today, February 3rd (South Korea time.) It's definitely going to be mostly "Leslie" miles instead of walking outside since it's sooo cold these days!0

Thanks for keeping this challenge going. Although I do other forms of exercise I love my Leslie walks! I'm in again this month! My goal for January was 50 and I walked 61. I am going back with 50 for February since this month is a few days shorter!

Hi Ladies! I'm new to the group. I will be walking in place and walking to Leslie Sansone DVD's for February. During the warmer months, [March-September or so], I will also incorporate walking on my local track. I walk in place daily, but I use the DVD's 3x per week. I have been walking to the ones for 1-3 miles, but I also have the 4 and 5 miles DVD's too. I'm going to work my way up to them. I also do aerobics and strength training with the Leslie walks. My goal for February will be 65 miles.

I'd like to do 50 miles this month! I use the treadmill a lot, but I like to do Leslie's videos sometimes, and we're getting a dog, so I'll be logging some miles with my new furry friend.
For the purpose of the challenge, I assume we're counting only "exercise" walking (i.e., treadmill, Leslie, purposeful walks), not all the miles we rack up on our Fitbits just walking around the house, right? Because if I include those, it'll need to be a higher goal.0 -

Finally got my first February walk in tonight! Yay!! I did the Leslie Sansone 5 Mile Fat Burning DVD and 3/4 of a mile of the Biggest Loser Walk DVD because my daughter had to get in the bath

azwen, Yes you are correct that any sort of 'exercise' walking or running is what we are counting. Whether it be Leslie or another person's DVD, treadmill, purposeful walking outdoors whether alone, or with your pup, or going somewhere, or whatever other walking sort of exercise there might be.
