    Thanks for keeping this challenge going. Although I do other forms of exercise I love my Leslie walks! I'm in again this month! My goal for January was 50 and I walked 61. I am going back with 50 for February since this month is a few days shorter!

    Goal: 50

    2/1- 4 m Leslie Super Walk with Body Boost Cables
    2/2- (0) 30 min. elliptical
    2/3- (0) Supposed to be rest day but I shoveled snow instead :( I gotta get back to my Leslie walks or I won't make my challenge this month!!
    2/4- Leslie 4 Really Big Miles
    2/5- Leslie 2 m Walk Away Your Hips and Thighs with lower body toning
    2/6- 3 m outside walk with fur baby
    2/7- 3 m Leslie 3 Mega Miles (tough one for me)

    2.25 Miles: Walked outside with neighbor.

    Goal for January: 60 combined miles

    So far: 11 Leslie miles

    So far: 8.50 outdoor miles

    We are walking on page 5 already!!!

    Good Evening Walkstars!

    Tonight I did Leslie's 5 Mile Walk and Tone It Up DVD. I forgot all about this work out, so it was a nice change of pace. The bands really work! Burns so good! :)

    My Feb 2013 Walking Goal: 60 miles

    Miles So Far: 14.75 miles

    Miles To Go: 45.25 miles

    Chipping away at those miles...

    02/02. 5 miles - 5 mile fat burning walk
    02/03 4 miles - 1 mile (5 really big miles) + 3 miles on the treadmill
    02/04 5 miles - Walk it off and tone it up
    02/05 1 mile - 4 mile power walk
    02/06 5 miles - 5 day walk plan
    02/07 2 miles on the treadmill

    Left to walk: 38 miles
    I also want to run 60 miles this month.
    So far I've done 12

    Dear fellow walkers, today (at last) I 've sent a email to MFP asking for a new emoticon. I really hope we can get one. To those of you who smoke: please, don't feel offended about this cigarette emoticon .... I just thought if they cannot give us another emoticon because of a lack of space maybe they could take one away.....

    First of all: thank you guys, you are doing an amazing job and your customer service and response time are excellent.
    I am a member of the group Leslie Sansone Walk at Home with over 500 regular members. We are all so dedicated that we clock up thousands of miles walked every month between us. There is only one thing missing:
    an emoticon/smilie with trainers on. Or just a pair of trainers. There is an emoticon with a cigarette....well, many of us have quit smoking and healthy people don't really need this one. Could you give us a sporty emoticon, please???? Pretty please????

    02/07- 2 miles (walk and jog)
    02/08- 5 miles ( 4 mile super challenge & red mile)

    51 miles to go!!

    Happy Friday!

    I am shaking up my workouts with some Jillian ( she is about to kill me) but I can't go without Leslie!

    2/1 - 3M of 5M Fat Burning
    2/4 - 3M Boot Camp
    2/7 - 4M Power Walk
    2/8 - 1M Fast Walk from WAH site

    GOAL - 60 MILES
    SO FAR - 11 MILES
    LEFT - 49 MILES
  • February Goal: 25 lbs

    2/1 - 1 mile (with walking belt)
    2/2 - 3 miles (with walking belt)
    2/4 - 1.5 miles (with walking belt)
    2/5 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)
    2/6 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)
    2/7 - 1+ mile (with walking belt) (22 minutes to get good part of video in)
    2/8 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights) Only had time to get in 1 mile, so I jogged some during the walking parts.

    Total = 9.5 miles; 15.5 to go

    Hope to try out a new video tomorrow!

    No walking outside for me. We were on the western edge of that huge Nor'eastern storm, but I did get in 3 miles with weights this morning.

    Goal: 48 miles
    So far: 18 mi.
    To go: 30 mi.
