These are good just what I needed to make this the 4th day working out this week, looking at cardio and strength today. Been at it for a year and a couple of month and now in limbo!!0

I have two ways to stay motivated.
1) I post my last body fat test on the outside of my fridge so it is a reminder everytime I go to snack.
2) I put everything in MFP before i eat it. If I'm hungry and am low on calories left for the day I'll go exercise. Then once Im done I get to eat whatever calories I burned.
#2 works the best for me. It still allows me to snack moderately as long as I'm working for it.0 -

Agreed! #2 is a great tactic. Too often we just waller in our self-disappointment, but you can always go for a jog/walk or throw down some burpees and push-ups and jumping jacks. You don't have to "live" with it and try to do better "tomorrow". Definitely NOT NOT NOT trying to encourage exercise bulimia, but overeating shouldn't end in hopelessness/despair or just plain ole giving up, either.0 -

I printed this one out and I am going to post it in my workout area in the basement, as well as on the fridge. I am so tired of finding new excuses to NOT do things. This one is GREAT !!0 -

This is a fun idea! Write down some exercises on sticks, and pick a few each day and put in the "Done" cup when you finish. When the cup is empty, return them from the Done cup and start over.
