Yes, isn't it key to realize that it doesn't all get done in one day? You have to do it day-by-day and sometimes you screw up, but it's okay as long as you keep going. Another good one:

LOVE IT! That's right! The key is to not give up! So many people get bent out of shape about what the best diet/exercise plan is, but maybe 10-15% of your success lies in adjusting the plan, the VAST majority lies in developing a plan and following it!0

^This kinda explains how I want to feel--to have a body so lean & fit that the clothes I wear are irrelevant. I love the feeling of trying on ANYTHING and it ALL looks good. This is a good reminder for me right now--to keep me motivated.0 -

Sherry, the "Impatience" photo message is for me with regards to my not eating enough to fuel my body but it takes time to work up to it. I've conquered the fitness side now nutrition is the new challenge to focus on. I am impatient with myself...not a good way to be.0

^^Nice one for me. I have to remember, when I'm feeling overwhelmed, to just do that one thing that I can do right NOW.0 -

Not trying to get overly serious, but how many of us have "cleaned our plates" regularly, because of "starving children"? Right?
But cleaning our plate is NOT NOT NOT the answer to world hunger. Precisely the opposite. There already IS enough food. It just isn't distributed equally. Some (the "plate cleaners") have more than others (the "starving children"). But "cleaning our plates" can never ever ever help the starving children. It can only hurt us. It feels bad to waste food, but whether it goes in the trashcan, or whether it goes into the daily calorie SURPLUS of someone who is already overweight--either way it's being wasted. I guess that's where MFP comes in.0 -
