No Late Night Snacking in March!

I've fasted twice this week which is probably the only reason I didn't late night munch. On Tuesday I was eating for England.
I'd like to cut back on all snacking tho. Even though my snacking is often healthy, I still eat way too much and I rarely feel hunger:ohwell:0 -

Had a heavy lunch today and was so tired took about a 3-hr nap. I would be tempted to eat something now, BUT I am a little over on cals, didn't exercise, and I am downing sparkling water like there's no tomorrow (must be dehydrated). I think that saved me today.0 -

had a cup of milk last night before I went to bed, but I had decided that if that's all I'll have, then I'll give me the point. And it was all it was (not flakes, no biscuits, nuffin to accompany it).
Appetite is pretty good, energy levels are OKayish and I should hopefully be back to normal signing in .
Good to see that this thread's still active - all the struggles and commitments to do better only prove the necessity of this challenge. Isn't it good to be in this together?
