I did day 1 at about 9:00 last night with hand weights.... Man, I'm sore. I can only imagine what tonight is going to feel like!!0

yesterday, I did 50squats + 30 day shred + 6 week 6 pack
We have triple threat. Way to work hun. Doing this in addition to the 30 day shred. You feel the squats waayyy more when you pair it with some form of cardio.0 -

Forgot to post - I've done mine for March 1,2, 3! Today did light handweights and worked my triceps at the same time because that's the other problem spot I'm working on. Thanks for the challenge!0
