    I did day 1 at about 9:00 last night with hand weights.... Man, I'm sore. I can only imagine what tonight is going to feel like!!

    yesterday, I did 50squats + 30 day shred + 6 week 6 pack


    We have triple threat. Way to work hun. Doing this in addition to the 30 day shred. You feel the squats waayyy more when you pair it with some form of cardio.

    This is Day 1 for me. I did 50 squats all at once! It burns but I am motivated and excited about this challenge.
