Congrats on all your NSVs and your SV! It is so encouraging to read about your story, especially the part where your kids can no longer outrun you!

I, like another poster, am lurking in the NROL4W group while I wait to start stage 1 in a couple of weeks time (when the planets have aligned lol). Your story will greatly motivate me and I will certainly remember 165lbs (amazing!) and strive to attain that!
