I worked a double yesterday at work, so I didn't end up doing the first day... But I have done yesterday's in addition to today's!!... Right after 1000 jumping jacks. Ouch.0

DONE =] 25 weighted with a barbell, 25 sumo squats weighted and 5 duck squats.. the worst of them all lol !!!0

day 2 - done! i can tell that doing squats from stronglifts that doing regular bodyweight squats have gotten a lot easier. before, my legs would be on fire after 20 consecutive squats... i could probably do quite a few before i would have to take a break.0

I was more tired today than yesterday even though it was only an extra five, but I think it's because it Saturday and I'm just more lazy when I sleep in.0 -

Day 3 for me today, not feeling much of a burn yet...
are people using weights aswell? if so, how heavy? I did yesterdays with a shoulder press (1kg dumbbells)
I seem to feel the burn more in my lower back rather than my bum/legs, any suggestions? I'm quite certain my posture is ok0 -
