            Day 3 for me today, not feeling much of a burn yet...
 are people using weights aswell? if so, how heavy? I did yesterdays with a shoulder press (1kg dumbbells)
 I seem to feel the burn more in my lower back rather than my bum/legs, any suggestions? I'm quite certain my posture is ok0

 I am just doing body weight squats but am paying extra attention to squeezing the buttocks as I lift myself up, sort of pulling myself up by my butt0

            Day 2 complete! I used a stool to keep me in check as far as how low I needed to go, it definitely made it harder! I'm still only feeling the burn in my thighs no matter how low I go and I'm making sure my knees aren't past my toes....I think tomorrow I will try and concentrate on squeezing my butt.0
