    ok so I am new on here and signed up for this 30 day squat challenge but I can not seem to find any information on it. is there a plan or do we just do a random amount of squats everyday? thank you ahead of time for help and input.

    I am just doing body weight squats but am paying extra attention to squeezing the buttocks as I lift myself up, sort of pulling myself up by my butt

    I really, really, REALLY liked this challenge. NOT when I was doing it but later, so I will do this again.

    Day 1 (50 regular squats) and Day 2 (55 regular squats) completed!!
