ok so I am new on here and signed up for this 30 day squat challenge but I can not seem to find any information on it. is there a plan or do we just do a random amount of squats everyday? thank you ahead of time for help and input.0

Day 3 for me today, not feeling much of a burn yet...
are people using weights aswell? if so, how heavy? I did yesterdays with a shoulder press (1kg dumbbells)
I seem to feel the burn more in my lower back rather than my bum/legs, any suggestions? I'm quite certain my posture is ok
I am just doing body weight squats but am paying extra attention to squeezing the buttocks as I lift myself up, sort of pulling myself up by my butt

I really, really, REALLY liked this challenge. NOT when I was doing it but later, so I will do this again.
