I did them. This challenge is so interesting. I never realized there were different kind of squats. I usually just did weighted or unweighted. Thanx for the education. Day 5 down.0

So, at day 3 I was sore. So thank god for the day of rest. Coming back to it was not hard. I completed the 70 today, all in one set ;-) Also, I incorporated my arms, so I'm feeling both legs and arms.0

Pretty sure I overdid it on my squats.. I went to the gym after work last night. 100 Barbell Squats + 50 Goblet Squats there(who needs a day of rest?!). And of course I just did my 70(actually 80) curtsy squats. I'm feeling great today!0

I didn't see the curtsy squat, so I did 70 regular BW squats this morning while my coffee was brewing. I went back later and did my curtsy squats though! 35 on each leg.0
