I dont have any balance either. I had to steady myself doing these or I would have fallen over! LOL Even so was still a darn hard workout!! Thanks for this one!0 -

day 5 done.... did 35 each leg follow a leg lift + some weight and arms exercises.....+ 30 minutes low impact cardio (cant do high impact because I hurt my ankle)0
