Ok, I'm a day behind due to sickness, so I'm just on 75 today and I'll use tomorrows rest day to tackle these. They look...fun...lol
Snap! It's quite strange doing these squats has cured my back pain but I think I may need new hips and my knees make shooting noises on the way back up :laugh:0 -
