    Sunday: 3.13 miles running
    Monday: 10.12 miles stationary bike followed by Pilates
    Tuesday: Big fat nada. Rest day, I guess.
    Wednesday: 10.3 miles stationary bike followed by Pilates
    Thursday: 2.5 miles running
    Friday: 9.66 miles stationary bike

    WTD: 35.65 miles

    Way to kick some butt!

    Saturday: 13.8 miles running (Crazy run in snow and sleet - was really fun until it got more windy and the snow turned into sleet. My phone actually turned off until I warmed it up under my fleece vest for awhile, so I had to remap my run to figure out the mileage.)

    Good Morning! Happy St. Patricks Day!:bigsmile: This past week has simply been amazing!

    Sun 3/10 45.3 mi ride to the beach
    Mon 3/11 rest
    Tue 3/12 4 mile hike
    We 3/13 2 mi walk
    Thur 3/14 2 mi walk
    Fri 3/15 1 mi walk
    Fri 3/15 13.5 mi outdoor ride
    Sat 3/16 20.3 mi grp ride

    Total: 88.1 mi

    On a side note, Sat I ride with a grp. I chose the 20 mi route. I knew this would be challenging! I went anyway. The first hill 2 mi incline @6%. I had to use lot's of will power and sheer determination to make it to the top. I did it, without stopping. At the top the grp waited for the us slower rider's before continuing. The best was yet to come, as we rode the next 8 mi downhill on winding roads and finally back to our starting area. The air was crisp, another beautiful day in Southern Ca.:smile:
