110 regular squats. Just can't jump with the one knee. But MAN!! I wanted to!! (But I can say that it is easier to WANT to do that since I'm "safe" knowing that I can't!!)
Did 50, then 40, then 20.0 -
those were done as well0

I did the free-hand jump squats (well, without my hand crossed in front of me--was too scared I would lose my balance), but I was willing to try since I had two feet at the same time. I am just too scared to try this so 110 regular squats.0
