    Hello I'm Amy, I would like to lose 20lbs by the end of June. I would like to lose the whole 24 left by the end of July.

    Hi girls,

    I'm hoping to lose 16kgs, so approx 37 pounds. I'd like to lose the first 20 pounds by the start of June (I'm already 3.5lbs down!), which isnt going to be easy but I'm pretty determined!

    Hi yes I an be quite fiesty at times! LOL

    Good luck with losing 10lb! I would be happy just to keep losing at the moment, I do well for a couple of weeks and then put it back on again. Feeling like a yoyo!

    Hi Group,

    Hope your week is going well. I'm a little frustrated as I'm eating well all week, but the scale doesn't seem to want to budge. I weigh in at WW tomorrow and unless the weight loss fairies visit me over night I fear I might be the same. I know I should only be weighing in once a week, but I can't help it. Usually if I see the scale moving down it motivates me to stay on track for the week.

    HW: 250 [113kgs] (round about, can't remember as it was a few years ago)
    CW: 192 [87 kgs] (probably more... I haven't weighed for a while. Denial.)
    GW for this group: 172 [78kgs] (by May 18th)
    Long term GW: under 154 [70 kgs], about 150 [68kgs]

    I seem to stall every 20 lbs or so. So this will be a good motivation to get me well under 200 and into the 170s.

    Doing MFP recommended 1200 a day
    Need to up my exersice now the days are out of the high 30 degrees. It's been too hot to even move!!
