    I did 130 regular squats. Funny, I thought today was 110 so I did 110 shortly after supper. I just came back in the site to log my dinner and snack and saw I needed to do 130 tonight. SO, I just did another 20. Now I'm off to bed.

    did 20 on each leg, going so low is not possible, for me at least & did the rest regular with an extra 50 something because i lost count lol

    Completed 25 on each leg = 50 then 3 sets of regular squats....basketball knees wont allow me to get down to low...

    I did 50 of these on each leg, these were harder than the jumping ones!! The rest were a mix of sumo, prisoner and regular squats all with 15 lb weights :)

    I really struggled with these-especially on my bad ankle. I did 20 on each leg and the rest normal

    Ummmm....really??? Ain't never even SEEN anything like this before.

    Did a modified version. I put 2 fingers on the stove--just for balance and to make sure I wasn't tempted to pull myself up with my hand/arm. :blushing: :laugh:

    5 sets of 10 and 3 sets of 5 on each leg. But I had to have LONG pauses between sets.

    I'm a few days behind, so I'm using my rest day to catch up. These were so difficult!!! I could only do about 20 per leg, and did regular squats the rest of way. Doing regular squats definitely seem easier! Hopefully one day I will be able to do these, and go all the way to the ground... Right now I'm not that strong or flexible. :/

    130 modified completed! Hard to balance and get anywhere near halfway. But kept my leg in the air and went as far as possible (not far!)

    My knees wouldn't let me do this today...so I did 130 regular squats. No weights this time.

    Did a set of 30, 30, 30 then 40.
