Well yesterday went very well. I like yogurt and green tea...found some with mint and a decaf with berries. I dropped weight already...I know it is water but was good to see. Am going to post every day I need to. Have a good one! :drinker:

I have 2 weeks. 13 days. So far the 17 day is working well and I am 3.4lbs away from max requirement...however I want to get below that of course. My son had flu so beefed up my home remedies to be able to continue to workout cause if feel cold symptoms today. I am jogging 2 to 3 days a week, but this week I need to bump it up.0

Well, I have the flu:sad: I get flu shot too! I will not exercise today, but going to stay on target with 17day eating plan.0

Had a Jenny O Turkey Spicy Sausage tonight with sauerkraut ... The sausage tast was like bratwurst...was really good...should have had 2!0

Feeling better today after flu. Taking day off work to get well and going to try elliptical later for 20min easy. Drank so much water yesterday felt like I was going to float away. Saw a recipe for Cauliflower pizza crust...we like cauliflower mashed so may give it a try later this week. I am anxious to get to goal weight, but I always go through that, I just want to get back to 160 and shoot for 150s. I love to see the people who have success it really helps me stay on track.0 -

Knocking it down 1 day at a time. Finally feeling better though had temp again last night...go away flu bug! Going to try again to at least get a brisk walk in today. Day 5 was the first day I felt hungry...need to increase the veggies I think that will help. The prunes helped too:blushing: TMI.0 -

Wow this flu was mean. Today I feel like I am better (I hope) still coughing. Got to work this afternoon. Yesterday I was so cranky...sick, TOM, full moon...glad for a new day. I am so glad I am still losing weight so far. Have a good day!0 -

One week on 17 DD...happy with results 5 pounds. On cycle so had a little gain today. I lost some inches too off of waist (1.5 off) hips (1 off). Did not get to work out 17 min a day this week with flu issue, but finally feeling like myself today. Have a good one!!0 -

Well I hear Sat night the family is having pizza (I will be eating salad) and Easter Sunday is a beef/ham roll with egg in center (German dish that taste AWESOME). I told my mother in law I have to refrain from some foods cause of my weigh in next week...I love her she understands:). I will have chicken and veggie sides. All sounds easy now...but know it will be a challenge. I will still post Sat/Sun/Mon...but will not be able to weigh Sun/Mon no scale and don't want to drag mine along...well maybe:). I am so grateful for the encouragement...I need it!0
