Very Interested. Like a few others looking to drop those last few % of bodyfat. Been on MFP for about a year now, only missed one week after 275 days. Always looking for tweaks, suggestions, opinions on what I am doing regarding fitness and nutrition.
Starting weight 197lb
Current Weight 160lb
Goal ??
I'm an estimated 13% bf now, working to hit that single digit %.
All my work has been solo (no trainer) with the help of the internet & MFP. Would LOVE some educated input.0 -

I'm really interested. but i'm in new zealand.
i'm motivated but a bit lost. i've been a runner for 2 years, but now that i've hit my goal of running a marathon well i've dwindled a bit. i've just brought NROL4W and was going to give that a craik to see what happens- but i'd love to be your guinea pig!
ETA- although i've lost 30kgs i've probably still got another 20 to go. my BF is about 30%. however my weight is really not a motivating factor for me (although i will watch what i eat when i'm training). my thing is about being really fit and strong. i LOVE being strong and training hard.0 -

I know that there have already been a lot of replies on this thread, but I would also be interested.
I have revamped my nutritional habits lately, as well as my gym workout. I am currently on Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer program, which is a 12 week program, and I am trying to figure out what my nutritional goals should be while on this program to lower bf but keep my LBM the same.
I could use all the advice/ help I could get. I think having help from an experienced person could help me stay on track, as well as help me not get discouraged about gains or about what I am eating.
