I'm interested Steel. I did not see this original post so I hope I didn't miss out. I could use help with my nutrition I think. I'm definitely working it in the gym but over the past month my weight has crept back up and I'm not sure I'm eating enough or not or the "right" food?! Help! ;o)0

Tossing myself into the foray.
5' 4", 53, 225 pounds (down from 249). I've lost about 14 pounds since joining MFP mid-December, for a total of 24 pounds since I started working toward better health on Sept. 23. It is slow going, but I'm okay with that.
Diary is open. I've basically followed my own "unclean" eating plan where I count calories. I eat at a cut for 4 weeks then at TDEE for 1 week. Note: this is a full TDEE week ... and I'm shamelessly enjoying it. ;-)
