    sometimes I'll eat coconut oil with a spoon, but since summer hit its liquefied in my pantry so that hasn't been an option.

    one of my favorite snacks is guacamole scooped up with bacon. its what dreams are made of.

    Thanks everyone for the great ideas and links, will follow up on these. Trying to keep fat bombs as absolutely low carb as possible as I'd rather get my carb intake from vegetables. Recipe books - don't own any as they are all American and I usually can't find half the ingredients :-)

    Me too. I see some suggestions include a lot of fruit, which I found surprising, but I guess that's fine for people who have no problem with sugar.

    Coconut oil with anything is a fat bomb. Just refrigerate after. I have a lot of great recipes in my Paleo cookbooks. They aren't called "fat bombs" though. I think I'm going to make some today......
