Duh! :grumble: At least it wasn't junk food and it wasn't binging. At 5 p.m. I had another plan in mind, though.

This group is such a good fit for me. I always do well until dinner time and then it goes badly. So, my criteria will be: 1) After dinner - just 250 cal worth of snacks, 2) no snacks, just 0 cal drinks after 10 pm.

Good luck to everyone else here. I feel your pang.

    Hello ladies and gent :flowerforyou:
Great to see you all still logging

My perfect score for April has slipped slightly :ohwell:
I worked night shift the last 3 nights and though I am quite capable of not eating between dinner at 7pm and my first bit of breakfast, normally a banana at 4 or 5 am, on one of my nights I ate a pack of crisps and a lot of coffee cake around 1am . it keeps me awake
I did eat way too much sugar and floury stuff (cakes and puds). But now it's been 9 days after the marathon and I need to be back on track
    So

    LNS 1!!
    Me 21

Great plan! An example of balance - let us know how it's all going!

Hey everyone. Sorry I have been MIA. Havent been really eating late at night, just really too much during the day. Trying to find ways to keep busy so I stop afternoon snacking.

Today I got in a half hour walk, then tonight going try YOGA for the first time :indifferent: Hope I can keep up and I like it. Its a hour long class from 8-9 so I wont be able to snack afterwards.

Wishing you a great Tuesday! Can you believe that we are already near the end of April?? where did this month go?

Same story last night. I had 2 olives and then was going to have a handful of peanuts, but then I figured it wasn't worth losing the point to LNS for that. It turned out I wasn't even hungry, just tired.

    So now it's Me: 15* - LNS: 8

Got home late last night and just went to bed. A tough win - but I'll take the point.

  • Hi everyone. I'm glad to find this group --- late night, or any night eating sabotages my hard workouts and clean daytime eating. I'm ready to win! No eating after dinner is the rule for me.

Welcome, Melanie! :flowerforyou: This is why we're here, too! (Though my daytime snacking isn't great either right now :blushing: .) Good luck! You can do it - your ticker proves it .

Went to a late night show at a club (Yes - on a Wed night, secret story) and naturally I had to have two light beers. Ugghh. It was a good time, great show. and I didn't go overboard. But technically, a point for LNS.

Mischa, as long as it was worth it.... Some of us here have special rules for out nights. It's still good to put a stop to the eating and drinking even when going out, so you can earn points in this way even on special occasions.

lucy, your score leaves me speechless .

Beeps, you're back at it! :flowerforyou:

karen, stay strong! You're ahead and you're in the game. That's very good!

Everyone else, get back here!  :glasses:

I can't wait for this week to be over. So many things going on and its been nuts between that and work. But I haven't not really snacked at night, the munchies still got me in the afternoon. But like I said I am working on it:)

This weekend should be fun and hard food wise. Its my birthday and my little sisters Confirmation party. So two days filled with food and going out. I will try to make the best choices when I can.

Wishing you all an awesome Friday! keep u the fab work!
