    Done!! not very smooth on that last one! Couldn't seem to get both ends of my body off the floor at the same time! Modified it a bit.

    Yup 300 sounds like a lot. but i finished 100 in less than 5 minutes

    I started on April 2 (was out of town) so I will be a day off from you all. My abs are sore, lol! But, I will push through it again today! Thanks everyone! You all are more than welcome to add me as a friend. I try to be very supportive and motivational to all MFP's! :)

    I just started today, got the first 100 done. About to do the rest, but I have a question. Is it 20 on each side? Because I technically did 40 Russian Twists (20 for each side), 40 bicycle crunches (20 each side) and 40 of the flutters (20 on each leg). Am I doing that correctly? Or is it 20 all together for each exercise? Thanks!!

    Yeah, It's so much better broken down into only 20 at a time! I think all those squats helped a tiny bit too ;)

    Are we supposed to do twenty 20sec planks per set or 3 20sec planks? 60 reps of planks is tough for me.

    Did mine yesterday! Felt great! It was a great workout. Probably need to concentrate on going slower through the motions to get the full effect of the contractions tho. Oops :)

    I did mine before I saw this, so I just did regular. But I will leave this for a day just regular ones are required and do these.

    Hey guys!!! It's day 3 of the 30 Day Abs Of Steel Challenge.

    Please warm up before performing any exercise (Jog or do some vinyasa rotations) & always remember to cool down/ stretch after every routine.

    The exercises today are: Russian Twist, Roll up, Bicycle crunch, low plank, flutter kicks

    Remember it's 20 of each to give a total of 100. Then the circuit is repeated twice again to give a total of 300.

    Try to take 5-10 second breaks only after each set of 20 is done.
