I would like you to post here that you completed the challenge (or not) and how many. This will help me as your captain so I know how did what, because I have people writing on my profile, sending me a message and/or writing within the challenge post. So instead of writing in so many places write within this post and I will send it along to the Don within the challenge post. This will help the other crew members on who might need more encouragement.

Day 3- Challenge of 100 squats complete and the 50 squats bonus. Started using the weights and realized that would kill me so only a couple were weighted....LOL0

You can also write within the daily challenge post as well. It might offer some friendly competitive push to make our competition do more as well. This is a fun group and even though we are trying to become the top dog, we are all in this together!0

Completed 150 squats.....I also did 90 lunges because that is what the challenge was earlier in the day. Not sure what I was thinking, LOL Oh well, my legs will be burning tomorrow.0

I cleared it with the Don and I didnt do squats (I have recurring ACL and meniscus issues) and I did 2 miles on the treadmill, 100 bicycle crunches and 50 push ups. (plus I walked over a mile and did 30min on the recumbant bike -- not usre if this would be cleared for bonus or not)0
