    Sorry but totally confused on what I'm suppose to do for today and tomorrow...
    4/4 Main challenge is to keep calorie intake below what MFP says you should have. Bonus walk, run or jog 5 miles.

    4/5 Main challenge walk/run/ or jog 5 miles. Bonus: 100 jumping jacks

    I would like to say that I am proud of my team, while some didn't earn the bonus, they were active non the less and that's what this competition is all about. I am proud of some who fell short and knew they would but contributed what they could anyway without the thought of the bonus. There are going to be some bumps in the road that has to be expected. Some of the members have very long days and can't get a workout in. I feel it's better to pass rather than push in some cases. We don't want an individual to feel deflated and give up. I appreciate my team and their efforts, very nice job!!

    i stayed under my daily allotment for calories but had no extra cardio :(
    would reported yesterday but went to watch the canucks beat up on the oilers and so knew i'd be consuming some additional caloriesat the game.
