    Sunday ~ 2.5 miles (walking) & 5.5 miles (cycling)
    Monday ~ 1.7 miles (walking)
    Tuesday ~ 1.5 miles (walking) & 3.7 miles (cycling)
    Wednesday ~ 2.5 miles (walking) & 2.9 miles (cycling)
    Thursday ~ 2.3 miles (walking)
    Friday ~ 2.6 miles (walking)

    Total ~ 13.1 miles (walking) & 12.1 miles (cycling)

    Sunday: 2.53 miles running
    Monday: 9.18 miles stationary bike followed by Pilates
    Tuesday: 2.66 miles running
    Wednesday: 9.69 miles, stationary bike followed by Pilates
    Thursday: 2.79 miles running -- the first EXCELLENT run since that silly race. It felt sooo good!
    Friday: 9.53 miles stationary bike followed by Pilates, 2 miles biking
    Saturday: 2.79 miles running

    Wtd: 41.17 miles

    Terrific miles! The pollen here is so bad that sometimes it seems like rain - but it's so glorious outside! I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

    Sunday - 1 mi walk
    Monday - 2.5 mi run
    Tuesday - Body works and stationary bike
    Wednesday - 3 mi run
    Thursday - in car all day but still fun
    Friday - body works and stationary bike
    Saturday - 9 mi run/walk intervals
    WTD - 15.5 mi.

    Total : 9 miles running, 2.5 miles hiking

    Ended up taking the rest of the week off - just busy with my husband and my son's birthdays, etc. Figured I could use the break after the training for the half marathon! Looking forward to getting in some runs next week. Bet my legs will feel really fresh.
