Please rate your exercise, nutrition and water consumed for the day.
Exercise A: Brought the intensity and completed your planned workout
Exercise B: Worked out, but without intensity
Exercise C: No workout

Nutrition A : Consumed real food (at least 40% of your macros from protein)

Nutrition B : Consumed a mixture of nourishing food and some not so great choices.

Nutrition C: Consumed food primarily with ingredients that you can't pronounce.

Water A : Drank 100 ounces or more of water.
Water C: Less than 100 ounces (yes it's that important)

    Exercise C: Rest Day
    Nutrition A: I was a bit lazy on my Marcos today, but i ate healthy
    Water C: slacked on Water today as well, my body just wasn't wanting it today.

    However had a pretty productive rest day getting things fixed around my house. Got a swing set, slide combo for my girls today, its like free child care. They spent all day outside lol

    Love the play equipment! I just spent the evening at the park with the kids. Tired them out good and proper. I slacked a little on the water today too. Happens sometimes

    Exercise A Rest day but I surfed

    Nutrition B Two green smoothies one with protein one with all vegetables. Tried Green Berry Shakeo and liked it. Had turkey bacon and chicken sausage for dinner. Kids crackers are my nemesis.

    Water C Not enough

    Exercise A: Hard workout, pushed hard. My heart rate dives now the second I stop moving, so i have to push even harder now to burn as many calories.

    Nutrition B: Hit my Calorie goal, not good on my Macros.

    Water A: Drank lots today.

    Exercise B: Skipped 18 minutes of the workout. i did so in a smart manner i think, skipped the less aggressive sets. I had to go to a birthday party on short notice. I did play 25 minutes of basketball with friends though. probably 100-200 calories burnt.

    Nutrition B: Hit my Calorie goal, not good on my Macros, I am getting close though

    Water A: Drank lots today.

    Exercise A: Max Plyo and a 10 minute trainer to make up for yesterday 4-23-13
    Nutrition B: Hit my Calorie goal, not good on my Macros, Had a big new york strip yesterday, very lean though.
    Water A: Drank lots today. 18 cups

    yeah I just need to fork out for a protein powder. or eat like 4 pure protein a day LOL

    Yep me too mate. Yoga didn't quite do it for me. I ran out of daylight and energy though.
    There's always tomorrow, and maybe it was a good thing to save your energy for moving

    Do I know or what lol Glad you survived mate, marriage is awesome and challenging at the same time. It is so worth all the fun though. Glad your little one is better. I remember when my first son got sick the first time, I wanted to suck the snot up of his little nose because he didn't know what to do (I actually did, tmi lol)

    Pure protein shakes are really good, nice choice. I really like that brand. If you're on the lookout for a healthy snack, Kind bars are really good. All natural no GMO's

    I like the Dark Choc protein nut bar - so good- high in fat but good fat.
