Water C................... In other words Today was a Failure... but a start
A start is a start. Out of the 250+ days I've been rolling with my journey I've probably only nailed my nutrition to a tee roughly 10 times. The mere fact we are conscious of our food decisions is a massive step in the right direction.0 -
Exercise A Kenpo X in the can. Kenpo is a really fun martial arts DVD.

Nutrition B: not hitting Macros well at all.
Water B: not quite half my weight.

Exercise B: Worked out, but without intensity
Nutrition B : Consumed a mixture of nourishing food and some not so great choices.
