    Nutrition C
    Water C................... In other words Today was a Failure... but a start

    A start is a start. Out of the 250+ days I've been rolling with my journey I've probably only nailed my nutrition to a tee roughly 10 times. The mere fact we are conscious of our food decisions is a massive step in the right direction.

    Workout is a B - Raked and might go for a run later

    Nutrition is a B had some chicken nuggets for dinner (at least they werent fried right?)

    Water a Z i dont think ive drank any come to think of it

    Nutrition B: not hitting Macros well at all.
    Water B: not quite half my weight.

    it was good Dylan. My wife made some sort of tequila marinade. I actually had more tonight.

    I've got a hankering for the odd nugget too, especially when the kids are eating them lol
    Water is critical though, try your best to get it in.

    Exercise B: Worked out, but without intensity
    Nutrition B : Consumed a mixture of nourishing food and some not so great choices.
    Water A : Drank 100 ounces or more of water.

    Exercise A P90X Back and Biceps and a 2hour surf with my kiwi buddy :)
    Nutrition B I had a couple of beers with my mates, but it was worth it

    Hey we total understand. No judging on this forum only support and encouragment:) The mere fact you're thinking about ways to I prove makes you a winner. I really appreciate you involvement iradam. Rome wasn't, built in a day, we will get there together.

    Food a Q it was my birthday and i went way over especially the box of mike and ikes and butter finger bites at the theater after dinner

    Water C got some water in but not enought

    Food B : not good, went out of town for the day for work and didn't really eat anything except peanuts and pure protein bar. missed both snack times, got in a solid dinner though.

    sounds like you need a calm, relaxing weekend. hard to come by with kids though.
