    You ladies have blown this challenge out of water!!! I'm thankful to have got the calories burned in that I did! TOM kicked my bootie this week but I didn't let it completely get me down!! I'm sooooooo FREAKIN PROUD of YOU PEEPS!!!

    Mon: 961 - bowling and long walk at lunch
    Tues: 1164 - 2 x 35 min run and a long walk at lunch
    Wed: 1196 - 35 min run in the morning, 45 min run after work and 30 min body resistance exercises
    Thur: 866 - 30 min run before work and a 50 min run after work
    Frid: 487 - 45 min run with the dogs
    Sat: 704 - hill run training for the mudder
    Sun: 925 - long slow run and body resistance training
    Mon: 555 - Bowling
    Tue: 487 - 45 mins Body Resistant Exercises
