2013/04/24 - .5 mile with crossfit
2013/04/25 - 5 mile rainy tempo ( a little over) + 1 mile with the Learn to Run group
2013/04/27 - .5 mile with crossfit
2013/04/28 - supposed to be a 1h 45m long run, however, had some issue, possibly sciatic, and had to call it off around 55 minutes. Total done was 5.5 miles/disappointed.
Total this - 11.5
