    Closed out the month w/ a 5 mile run today.

    MTD: 132 miles

    Could you back my miles down for 110 miles for May? I have two halfs next month. I should probably do some tapering at some point. lol Thank you so much for all you do!

    I've been AWOL since the end of February. I suffered a stress fracture on my last run in Feb. and managed only 10 miles in March. I'm back to healthy and totaled 41.5 in April (mostly in the last two weeks). Please put me down for 125 in May. I'll be gearing up my for next race which is a 20K on June 1st.

    Total for April was 98 miles - feel just short of 100 goal, but didn't want to push it - starting to taper for the Broad Street Run on Sunday.
