K, so I took a computer class once many years ago and they taught me how to use the formats in spreadsheets but I totally forgot so if someone wants to add the format to the spreadsheet that would be totally awesome.

How was Vegas? Where did you stay?
Vegas was great! We stayed at Treasure Island in a HUGE suite - we had TWO bathrooms! Went to Tournament of Kings, and saw Blue Man Group, and two Cirque du Soleil shows, Mystere and Zumanity. There was lots of walking up and down the strip, so I know I walked at least 3 miles a day, usually more (it was 2 miles from Treasure Island to Excalibur, and we waked down there and back several times.) But, all that walking didn't make up for the mass amount of food I ate at the buffets and amazing restaurants... We kept meaning to go to the gym at our hotel, but it never happened... lol0 -
Fun Stuff! We stayed at Circus Circus in March. It was okay but I told my husband next time I want to stay at treasure island. I could have watched that Pirate Ship Show a million times! Did you make it to Fremont Street? The light show and zip lines there were amazing! I'm jealous you got to do all those shows. We had plans to do so many things but ran out of time quickly.

Channy, is that number your calorie burn for the week so far? I added it to the spreadsheet but if everyone could list their burns for each individual day then we can keep track of how far we have left to go to reach our goal. Looks like right now we are at 4878/12600 calories burned. Only three of us have checked in though.

Sorry team, I had a slow start for the week that just never picked up. I apologize for not giving my all this week. I'm trying to plan a surprise 70th birthday party for my mother for July 6th as well as get prepared for my vacation next week and I just have not been good at multitasking. And with all the running around I've been doing, I've been under eating or over eating, not tracking well, not drinking, I just have not been able to find a balance. I'm hoping to get some help so I can get back on track. So with all of that being said here we go...

Sorry I've been absent again... Started a second job, so working 12 hour days, I've been beat and just haven't had time to log on other than logging food on my phone. Updated my weight and other exercise for last week and this week, though I know last weeks results have already been posted (I think?) Hopefully I'll get into the swing of things soon and get on top of everything again.0
