Monday: 9.45 miles stationary bike; 5.49 miles walking; 1 mile biking
Tuesday: 6.41 miles walking; 2.32 miles running; 8.4 miles biking

Thursday: 3.9 miles running; (and the final walk is tonight! Huzzah!)

I know I don't post much but I am running. Tomorrow is going to be my longest run ever at the Twilight 12K race. I'm kind of nervous. The furthest I've ever ran is 5.5/6 (if you include the cool down walk). :glasses:0

Congratulations on everyone's successes! Sat I rode a charity ride. My goal for the ride was 34. Being a rider I'm faced with challenges like anything else. On this day there were many! They started the ride at 9:00 am, by then temps were already in 90 degree range. At around mi 20 I got a flat. 1st time in a year. I had a biking angel, and a cheerleader help me get it fixed, and I was on my way. By then temps were low 100's. And a moderate to heavy cross-wind. I've learned to listen to my body. This was the case on Sat. I had another 10 mi to ride all uphill for 9 mi. I bowed out and finished with grace. As it turned out the final part I did ride was also very challenging.
I've kicked off my training to run, walk or crawl, LA Marathon March 2014 #2. My program starting 2 mo early. And also keeping riding program as well.
