how big should they be? a teaspoon size or tablespoon size i can eat 4 easy am i having to much oat bran?

I use 2 TBS of the greek yogurt and 2 TBSof the oat bran and get a "cookie" or pancake about 7 inches in diameter. I cut it into wedges with a pizza cutter and snack on it throughout the day.0
