started the bridge25k program today
ran 3.73 miles including walks for warm up and cool down.
Got new trainers so i took it easy.0 -
I got in a 3.2 mile run on the treadmill this morning.0

4 hilly, humid miles in my neighborhood early this morning in 42 min.0

Cut mine back the last few weeks. Had two matches last week, and sprained ankle, pulled calf muscle, giving it until next monday and I'll get back at it0

Last night was a 7 mile run followed by a 7 mile bike ride

I ran 3mi Monday night and 5 mi just a bit ago...both with a 9 and a half min/mi pace. It's amazing how much my pace has improved with this consistent running. This is definitely great motivation!:happy:0 -

3.1 miles this morning. My mileage has been low the last couple weeks. I traded my running shoes for the bike in order to give my muscles a rest. Half training starts Monday so my mileage will go up.0

Woo hoo!! WTG!
I ended week four of my training today...8 miles! That is the furthest I've ever run without stopping! Though I did stop for about 30 seconds about 2 miles in to open the package of clif block shots because I couldn't do it while I was running lol I bet I looked funny to any passerby's haha. Next Saturday is 10 miles0 -
Today the plan was to bike to the health club, swim, bike home and run.
Got to the health club and pool was closed. So, I did rowing machine for 12 mins instead.
Biked home and did about 20 minutes of running.0 -
Week 4 day 2 of 5K210K program. Ran about 4.34 miles in 54 minutes. Longest run yet. But my right hip has been bothering me a bit so I think I need to dial it back a bit. Very minor pain at this point, but I'd like to keep it from getting worse.0

love seeing all the miles that everyone has run! Today was hill training day. Did about 45 min of sprint hill running with recovery runs, and rest periods in between. 45 min I did 4 miles. Love hills, wish we had more in Florida!0
