Finally broke through my plateau! Down 2.5 lbs since I started this group. Don't think I'll make the 10 lb goal but I accomplished my goal to break out of this rut!0

Hey Beauties!
It's been awhile since I checked in but I'm still plugging away at eating right and workin' it out! I was hit and miss with the scale last week so I decided to increase my calories! I feel loads better and def more satisfied! I've dropped 4 lbs since starting this 10 lbs in one month challenge on July 6th. I have another 6lbs to lose before hitting the 10 lbs mark and my first goal! There are only 11 days left to my month so I'm gonna keep pushing it out and see how things go!

You are soo not a failure, look you still lost 7lbs! thats a lot more then i can say! i was soo upset this morning, i still am a little b.c at the beginning of this challenge i went down to 140. but now im staying at 142 i have to push it, i went to the gym right now even tho i didnt want to. just keep going. you will eventually get to your goal0 -

No weight loss this week. One day I went down to 114.5 (last week's weigh-in was 115), but it's been closer to 116 most days. Need to get off my butt and get more active if I want to fit in my work clothes by start of school (day after Labor Day). My goal is 110, so it's within reach!
Keep pushing on, girls! Any loss is progress, and don't forget that some of the weight gain may be muscle. Even if we don't all reach the 10 pound mark by day 30, we're all working toward a long term goal.0 -
