I thought it would be fun to share our meals, I think it would give great ideas, and be motivating for us trying to stick to it! Here is just one of mine: Breakfast:
Egg bake, ham onion by fairysoulcreations2, on Flickr
2 Eggs beat
3 tbsp chopped onion
one slice of ham chopped
Mix and pour into greased pan bake at 400 until fluffy. I think it was like 20 min...
I normally like to add, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and I usually top it with homemade salsa!

I've been wanting to do something like this! Like posting a pic of my meals (usually eat them too fast) for a month straight. Might help/give ideas to some people that are new to paleo/primal or if people are out of meal ideas.0

Almond flour pancakes, hams and fruits for breakfast. I did put a tbsp of 100% maple syrup on these:
Leftover broiled pork tenderloin over salad for lunch:
Oven baked BBQ pork ribs, mashed sweet potatoes (used coconut milk), and steamed broccoli:
Tonight I'm making a beef roast with assorted veggies and sweet potato. Most of my meals I make on the fly, so don't have recipes. The almond flour pancakes are basically almond flour, egg white, splenda (use whatever sweetener you like), almond milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon. If interested, I can try making some again and keeping track of the ingredient amounts.0 -
It all looks so amazing!!! Thanks for sharing!!! I think I might give almond pancakes another go, first round was total flop!0

Ok let's give this a try. This was something I had a few weeks ago: scrambled eggs with hot sauce, some leftover chopped up ham, spinach, tomatoes and avocado. Forgive the crappy cell phone picture :-)

I still can't figure out how to post photos here! LOL Oh well, you can look at my MFP blog if you like! I do have a photo there and a recipe, too!0

For lunch I had steak and beets but the beets made the steak look like it was still mooing (and looks gross actually lol) , so instead here's one I found from a couple weeks ago:
Tilapia with Mango salsa and white asparagus0 -
Whyyyyy are you so huge stupid pictures :grumble:0
-
Looks awesome!! Would you share the mango salsa recipe?0
-
Of course
2 generous servings
1 mango, peeled and pitted
1/4-1/2 diced red onion (depending on preference)
1/2 bunch cilantro
Juice of 1 lime, or 2 key limes (my fav)
1 seeded and diced jalapeño or pepper of your choice -- crushed red peppers work in a pinch
Dice all ingredients and mix. Salt to taste. Let sit 30min for better flavor. The peppers are optional, and you can even stretch the entire recipe to about 4 servings by dicing a half cucumber and mixing that in also.0 -
Yum that sounds amazing!!! Can't wait to try it out!!0
